Below are commonly asked questions regarding the program. Click on each to view the answer.

If your question is not answered below, then you can submit the question with this form and a response will be posted as quickly as possible

- Why can't I enter the student's name, the skill title, objective, etc.?

Choose the first form from the menu on the left (the top button), and enter the information there. The information will then populate the other worksheets in the program. It isn't possible to enter the information in the other worksheets.

- Why can't I enter the stimuli or steps into the worksheet?

- Why can't I enter the total number of correct responses?

The program automatically adds up the number correct as you enter in each response ("Y" or "N") so that you don't have to enter it. That's one less math problem that you have to worry about.

- Can I put more than 50 stimuli or steps in an excel file?

No, the program is limited to just 50 stimuli or steps. If you have a lesson for a student that includes more than 50 stimuli, then you can make multiple files to cover each of the stimuli.

For example - if you have 100 words to teach, make a file for words 1-50(word set A), then another file for words 51-100 (word set B), etc.

- Can I print just a single form's graph?

Unfortunately no. There is no capability built into the graphing program that allows for a single form's graph to be printed.

If you would like to print a graph, click "Summary" in the left-hand menu. This will take you to a summary page that includes graphs for all of the possible forms along with a stimulus/step listing at the bottom of the page. You may print this to provide a paper record of the student's progress.

- Why are some of the indicator's on the left lacking color?

The "Add Next Step" indicator is usually a dark green color. However, if the file that you are using is formatted for Excel 2003 or earlier, then it may be lacking color. The programming is still the same. Due to constraints built into those earlier versions of Excel, there is a limit on how many indicators can have color added to them. If you use, Excel 2007 or later, you may download the file formatted for that version here.
